(MUNICIPALITY OF WEST PERTH, ON) On Saturday September 18, 2010 shortly before 4 a.m. a Perth County officer on patrol in Mitchell were advised that the glass in the front door of Godfathers Pizza was smashed.
Police attended and with the assistance of Godfather’s staff determined that entry had been gained into the store and a theft had taken place.
Investigation into this break-in resulted in the September 29th 2010 arrest of two 18 year males from the Municipality of West Perth. The males have been released on a Promise to Appear. They are to attend in Stratford criminal court on December 6th, 2010 to answer to the charge of, break enter and theft.
