(COUNTY OF BRANT, ON) – Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), OPP Organized Crime and Enforcement Bureau- Drug Enforcement Unit executed a search warrant with the assistance of County of Brant officers on a Fourth Concession Road residence.
Officers entered the Crestwood Lake property on Thursday October 3rd, 2013 and located marihuana and prescription pills.
Claudette DUROCHER 56 years of age, from the County of Brant, is facing the following criminal charges
· Possession of Schedule II Cannabis Marihuana under 30 grams
· Possession of Schedule I Substance-Other drugs
The accused are scheduled to attend Provincial Court in Brantford on November 29, 2013 to answer to the charges.
