Robert MOSS Theft Under $5,000

On September 26 in the afternoon a customer inadvertently left their wallet behind after shopping at The Beer Store in Renfrew. By the time they realized it had been left behind they returned but the wallet was gone. Video surveillance was given to the OPP to investigate and a male customer was observed picking up and pocketing the wallet. Robert MOSS 49, of Renfrew was arrested and charged with theft under $5,000. He was released on a promise to appear in court in Renfrew on October 30. Provincial Constable Sean Smith investigated.

On October 3 in the evening personal property was stolen from an unlocked vehicle on Bank St in Renfrew. The OPP are reminding vehicle owners to always remove valuables from vehicles, and keep vehicles locked when not in use.
