(CITY OF KAWARTHA LAKES, ON.) On October 5, 2013 officers from the City of Kawartha Lakes detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a call regarding a possibly impaired driver.
The vehicle was located in a parking area on Kawartha Lakes Road 36. As a result of the investigation Raymond MARTIN, 92 years of age, was arrested and charged with the offence of driving while having more than 80mgs of alcohol in 100mls of blood contrary to the Criminal Code.
The accused will appear in court, in Lindsay, on October 31, 2013.
