Brandon HALL – Drunk Driving

(HUNTSVILLE, ON) On Saturday October 5, 2013 just after 3:30am Huntsville Ontario Provincial Police detachment members attended the intersection at Highway #11 and Madill Church Rd in Huntsville for a disabled vehicle.

Officers observed a male sleeping on the centre console sitting in the driver’s side of a Silverado Chev pickup truck with its lights still on, doors were locked. Initially the officers were unable to wake the driver but he eventually did wake up and spoke to the officers. Brandon HALL (27yrs) of Burks Falls, Ontario was found to have been drinking and was eventually arrested and charged with Impaired Driving and having more than 80mgs of alcohol per 100mltrs of blood. The accused will appear in Huntsville court on October 16, 2013 to answer to his charges.

The accused licence was suspended for an automatic 90 days and vehicle impounded for 7 days as a result of the charges.
