(NORWICH TOWNSHIP, ON.) – The Oxford County Ontario Provincial Police (O.P.P.) is reporting road closures due to a collision between a motorcycle and vehicle at Norwich Road at Oxford Road 13 in Norwich Township.
The two vehicle collision occurred shortly after 1:15 p.m. today. The male driver of the motorcycle was transported by Oxford E.M.S. to Woodstock General Hospital with serious injuries. No other injuries were reported.
Norwich Fire Department responded to the scene to assist. The O.P.P. Technical Traffic Collision Investigators will be on scene for several hours to investigate.
O.P.P. advises of the following road closures:
Norwich Road will be closed between Zenda Line and Middletown Line.
Oxford Road 13 will be closed between Quaker Street and Pleasant Valley Road.
