(SOUTH FRONTENAC, ON) – The 2013 fall seatbelt initiative (26 September – 13 October) has come to a close. Emphasis was placed on both education and enforcement. The Ontario Provincial Police deployed all available resources in support of the campaign which has resulted in 4,549 seatbelt-related offences throughout the province.
