(KINCARDINE, ON) – On October 13th, 2010 at 11:35 pm, a South Bruce OPP officer on patrol observed a vehicle speeding in downtown Kincardine. The vehicle was stopped and the officer discovered that the driver had been drinking alcohol.
33 year old Robert HAMILTON of Tiverton is charged with Operate over 80 mgs and Drive motor vehicle with liquor readily available. He is scheduled to appear in Provincial Court on November 29th, 2010 to answer to the charges. The South Bruce OPP are reminding motorists there is no excuse for impaired driving; officers at the South Bruce detachment have a zero tolerance for drivers that mix drinking and driving.
