(ADJALA-TOSORONTIO, ON)- For Nottawasaga Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), a RIDE program can be anytime of the day. On October 17, 2013 at 3:32 pm, Police were on County Road 13 at the 17th Sideroad of Adjala-Tosorontio conducting a RIDE program.
During one vehicle stop, Police charged a 30 year-old Town of New Tecumseth male. Bradley MEREDITH was charged with drive while disqualified and possession of a schedule II drug; his vehicle was impounded for a 45 day impoundment due to the current suspension.
In an afternoon RIDE, Police checked 250 vehicles for compliance, issued several Highway Traffic Act charges, two drive while under suspension charges, and issued a 3-day suspension as well as the criminal code charges listed above.
