(QUINTE WEST, ON) – On the 20th of October 2013 at approx. 12:30am, OPP officers were called to the CN rail tracks at Meyers Creek Road for a report of a car stuck on the railway tracks.
Officers located a dark colored Honda that had become stuck on the railway tracks with the driver attempting to free the car.
After a short investigation the male driver, a 49 year old Murray Ward resident, was arrested and issued a 3 day licence suspension for have a blood alcohol level between .50 and .80mgs.
