(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County Detachment has charged a 67 year old male after police stopped a vehicle at a Queensway East, Simcoe, Norfolk County, Ontario address.
On Saturday, October 19, 2013, at approximately 11:44 a.m., police were contacted by an alert citizen after observing a vehicle travelling through Norfolk County. Officers subsequently located the vehicle at which time it was stopped and investigated.
Charged with Impaired Driving and Driving over the legal limit is 67 year old Barry Thomas BARD from Guelph, Ontario.
He is to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charges.
