(LAKE OF BAYS, ON) As a result of an ongoing investigation a traffic stop was conducted on Whitehouse Road, in Lake of Bays Township.
On Saturday October 19, 2013 just before 11:30pm Huntsville Ontario Provincial Police Community Drug Action Team (CDAT) stopped a Ford E250 passenger van on Whitehouse Rd. As a result of the traffic stop a plastic baggie containing a substance that is believed to be cocaine weighing just over 12 grams.
Scott EATON (44yrs) was arrested and eventually charged with Possession of a Schedule I Substance – Cocaine. The accused will appear in Huntsville court on December 4, 2013 to answer to his charges.
