(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County Detachment investigated a theft after police were contacted by a concerned citizen at a Queensway East, Simcoe, Norfolk County, Ontario, address.
On Monday, October 21, 2013 at approximately 9:30 a.m., a male attended the First Ontario Credit Union and subsequently removed a pink ribbon breast cancer donation box from the counter after speaking to employees.
On Tuesday, October 22, 2013 police subsequently identified and arrested a male.
Charged with Theft Under $5000 is 29 year old Dustin Mark GALLAGHER of Norfolk County Ontario.
He is to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charge.
