(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County Detachment have charged a 22 year old male after police were called to a Groff Street, Simcoe, Norfolk County, Ontario address.
On Wednesday, October 23, 2013, approximately 11:52 a.m., police were called to Groff Street for a report of a theft.
Through investigation it has been determined that a male who is known to the resident, attended the address on Sunday October 20, 2013. While in the residence, the male removed a quantity of prescription medication.
As a result of the investigation, a 22 year old male was arrested and charged.
Charged with Theft Under X2 and Fail to Comply with Probation Order is 22 year old Craig James CHAPPELL of Norfolk County, Ontario.
He is to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charges.
