Barrie Police were patrolling Dunlop St west and stopped a vehicle that was driving in an erratic fashion. Police found the driver had been consuming alcohol and appeared intoxicated.
A demand was made for breath samples from the driver of the vehicle,which was refused.
When advised of the consequences of failing to provide a breath sample to Police, the 60 year old driver replied it doesnt matter
