(Otonabee South Monaghan Township, ON) – On Sunday October 27, at approximately 11:30 pm officers from the Peterborough County OPP were called to investigate a single motor vehicle rollover on Drummond Line.
Upon attending the scene of the collision the officers located a Dodge pickup truck that had left the road way, and came to rest on its roof in the road side ditch.
The single occupant of the vehicle was identified as the driver, 59 year old Claude FERREN of Otonabee South Monaghan Twp.
The driver was transported to Peterborough Regional Health Centre with minor injuries.
As a result of the investigation FERREN was charged with Impaired Operation of a motor-vehicle and Having over 80 mgs of Alcohol in his blood.
