(MATTAWA, ON) – On October 25, 2013 at 10:05 p.m. the Ontario Provincial Police Mattawa Detachment stopped a motor vehicle on Highway 17 in Papineau-Cameron Township. As a result of police investigation the driver, Chad Hill, 35-years-of-age of Ottawa was arrested and charged with the following;
Exceed 80 Milligrams Blood/Alcohol content as per sec. 253(b) of the Criminal Code of Canada
He is scheduled to appear in North Bay Criminal Court on November 5, 2013.
