(North Stormont) – On 30Oct13, at approximately 10:00pm, SD&G OPP officers responded to a report of a domestic incident in Moose Creek, North Stormont Township.
The investigation revealed that a female and her ex-common law spouse were involved in a verbal altercation that resulted in the male assaulting the female.
The 22yr old male was arrested and faces charges of:
– Uttering Threats
– Mischief Under $5,000
– Forcible confinement
– Assault with A Weapon
– Poss. of a Weapon
He was held in custody pending an appearance in Cornwall court.
