(Napanee, On) – The Napanee OPP Crime Unit is following a report of a disturbance that was reported in Deseronto on the 01 November 2103. As a result of this disturbance an adult male was stabbed by a Joseph FALLS, age 24 of Deseronto.
FALLS left the residence on foot an was later located with the assistance of Tyendinaga Mohawk Territory Police.
The victim received non-life threatening injuries and was treated and released from the hospital.
Charged with Assault Cause Bodily Harm and 2 (Two) counts an Adult Failing to Comply with a Recognizance. FALLS has been remanded into custody and is scheduled to appear for a Bail hearing in Provincial Court in Napanee on Nov 4th, 2013
