Three years have gone by and councillors have made no progress
fixing our corrupted democracy, or holding town staff
accountable for the millions in damage their neglect has cost the
taxpayers of NH. It is simply disgraceful that council has
never signed a Code of Conduct (COC). A couple years ago councillors
stated they believed their job is to defend town staff. This
is odd, because a few months ago a NH councillor stated he had no
job description, and would not release it to the public if he
did. According to the Municipal Act, Councillors are to hold
department heads to account.
