Investigation of Three Deceased

On Thursday, October 31, 2013 at 10:02 a.m., the London Police Service responded to 1223 Richmond Street to check the welfare of an occupant there. Upon arrival, police located the bodies of three deceased individuals inside.

Members of the Major Crime Section are conducting the investigation jointly with the coroner. The investigation is in its very early stages and identification of the deceased parties, and notification of next-of-kin remain outstanding. Police are investigating the possibility that the deceased are members of the same family. At this point, there is nothing to suggest that members of the public are in danger and we are currently not looking for any suspects.

Police will continue to investigate with the coroner to determine the cause of death.

Police are continuing this investigation and encourage anyone with information to call the London Police Service at (519) 661-5670 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477). Information can also be sent in on-line anonymously to www.londoncrimestoppers.com.
