(Havelock Belmont Methuen Township, ON) – On Saturday November 2, at approximately 3:09 am officers from the Peterborough County OPP stopped a motor vehicle being operated on Ottawa Street in Havelock.
Officers stopped and investigated a driver of a Chevrolet GM4 travelling on Ottawa Street.
As a result of the investigation 75 year old Charles CHAMBERS of Havelock Belmont Methuen was charged with Impaired Operation of a Motor vehicle and Having over 80 mgs of Alcohol in his Blood.
CHAMBERS is scheduled to attend Peterborough Provincial Courts on November 28, 2013.
