(TOWNSHIP OF PERTH EAST, ON) On Tuesday November 03, 2010 around 1:30 p.m. a Perth County OPP officer, while conducting radar patrol on Perth Line 43 near road 108 locked a west bound car on radar at 134 km/h in an 80 km/h zone.
The location of the offence is at the corner where North Easthope Public School is located. The 20 year old male driver from Stratford was charged with racing. He received an immediate 7-day licence suspension and his vehicle was impounded for 7 days.
