(TOWNSHIP OF PERTH EAST, ON) On Sunday November 07, 2010 between 10:45 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. a hunter had parked his pickup truck on the east shoulder of Perth Road 119 just north of Line 40 as he walked through a bush area. Upon returning he discovered that his truck had been stolen.
The pickup truck was described as a silver colour 2009 GMC Sierra crew cab long box truck. A large black fuel tank was located in the box as well as a black tool box. Attached to the truck were Ontario plates 2484XS.
From tracks left at the scene it appears that the truck did a U turn and headed towards Stratford.
On Sunday afternoon some of the truck contents were found along a road in Middlesex County, the truck however is still outstanding.
