(North Glengarry) – On November 01, 2013, the winner chosen from this year’s “Wear it to Win†bicycle safety program was presented with a new bicycle, courtesy of the Alexandria Home Hardware. Because she was stopped by SD&G OPP for wearing her helmet, three (3) year old Josiane PAQUETTE of Alexandria was given a safety ticket, which she redeemed at the Alexandria Dairy Queen for an ice cream treat. Her ballot was chosen making her the lucky winner!
Alex LECOMPTE, 17 of North Glengarry, was the winner of a new skateboard, courtesy of Raage Skateshop. He will be presented with his award at a future date.
