On November 16, 2014 at 12:09 a.m., the Guelph Police received the report of a possible impaired driver on Clair Road. The vehicle and driver were located on Amsterdam Crescent. Police spoke with the male driver and a demand was made for a roadside breath sample. He failed this test and was arrested.
Stephen Morrison, 50 years of Guelph has been charged with drive over 80 mg. He will appear in court on November 28, 2014.
