(CITY OF KAWARTHA LAKES, ON.) – On November 16, 2014 the OPP was contacted in regards to a single vehicle collision on Glenarm Road near Kawartha Lakes Road 46.
Upon arrival on scene the OPP officer observed a single vehicle in the ditch. The officer determined that the driver had been consuming alcohol. As a result of the investigation Lisa MUIRHEAD, 48 years of age, of Eldon Township, was arrested and charged with impaired driving and having care and control of a motor vehicle while having more than 80mgs of alcohol in 100mls of blood contrary to the Criminal Code.
The accused will appear in court, in Lindsay, on December 18, 2014.
