Jay HANSON – Drunk Driving

(KENORA, ON) Members of the Kenora Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have charged a 22 year old man for an impaired driving offence following a vehicle stop in the City of Kenora.

On Saturday November 15, 2014 shortly around 1:45 pm, police conducted a vehicle stop on a passenger vehicle on Lakeview Drive. Police determined the male driver had been consuming alcohol. He registered a Fail on the roadside screening device and was arrested and transported for further tests.

As a result of this investigation, Jay HANSON of Kenora, has been charged with Operating a Motor Vehicle With More than .80 mg of Alcohol in 100 ml of Blood, contrary to section 253(1)(b) of the Criminal Code of Canada. He is to appear in Kenora Court on December 18, 2014 to answer to the charge.
