Bradley LALICH – Rollover Drunk Driving

(MIDDLESEX COUNTY, ON) – In the early morning hours of November 15, 2014, members of the Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) and the West Region Highway Enforcement Team (HET), attended a single motor vehicle crash on Highway 402 near Falconbridge Drive, in the Municipality of Strathroy Caradoc, Ontario.

A black GMC pickup truck had been travelling west bound on Highway 402, and entered the median. The vehicle re-entered the roadway and rolled, coming to rest on the north shoulder.

The driver was arrested for impaired operation of a motor vehicle and transported to a hospital with non-life threatening injuries. The male subsequently provided breath samples that revealed he had consumed more than twice the legal limit of alcohol.

Bradley LALICH, age 25, from Strathroy Caradoc, Ontario, was charged with driving while ability impaired – motor vehicle (alcohol), and driving with more than 80 mgs of alcohol in blood, contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada.

The accused was released by way of a Promise to Appear and is scheduled to answer to the charges in a London court on January 8, 2015.
