Missing Person: Randy CLOUTHIER 62 yrs old
Approx. 5’10†tall -greying hair, bald on top, glasses, approx. 215lb
On the 18th, November 2014 at approximately 7:00pm Upper Ottawa Valley OPP Detachment received a call of a missing person. Randy Clouthier was last seen in the area of Pembroke.
Randy CLOUTHIER is driving a Black 2003 Suzuki XL7. Please contact Upper Ottawa Valley Detachment if you have any information on the whereabouts of Mr. Clouthier.
