(Pembroke, ON) On the 18th of November the Upper Ottawa Valley Detachment of the OPP was advised of a missing person, 62 year old Randy Clouthier.
Mr. Clouthier was located deceased with his vehicle off Hunt Camp Lane in North Frontenac Township. on the 19th of November. A post mortem is to be conducted on the 21st of November.
The investigation is continuing.
