(LAMBTON SHORES, ON) On November 19, 2014 around 10:00 p.m. Lambton County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers responded to an alarm coming from one of the buildings located inside the Pinery Park. OPP officers found two sets of footprints in the snow around the buildings and simply followed those tracks.
The two sets of footprints lead to the only campsite being occupied in the entire park and there, the OPP officers arrested and charged the two male campers. A set of stolen snowshoes that were clearly marked as property of the Pinery Park, were recovered at the campsite.
Don CHEN, 24 years of age from Toronto, and David CELEJEWSKI, 25 years of age from Scarborough are each charged with breaking and entering and committing theft. Both men are scheduled for a Sarnia court appearance on January 5, 2015 to answer to the charges.
