(Pembroke, ON) On the 18th of November the Upper Ottawa Valley Detachment of the OPP was advised of a missing person, 62 year old Randy Clouthier.
Mr. Clouthier was located deceased with his vehicle off Hunt Camp Lane in North Frontenac Township. on the 19th of November. No foul play is suspected.
