(TOWNSHIP OF GEORGIAN BLUFFS, ON) – On Thursday, November 20, 2014 at approximately 1:44 p.m. Grey County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a theft report from the No Frills grocery store located on Hwy. 6 & 21 in the Township of Georgian Bluffs. The suspect left the store without paying for perishable and non-perishable items totalling approximately $12.00.
A 15 year old male from Owen Sound was charged with the criminal offence of theft under $5,000, breach of probation under the Youth Criminal Justice Act and possession of marihuana under 30 grams under the Controlled Drug and Substances Act.
He is scheduled to appear in court in Owen Sound on December 9, 2014.
