Investigators have arrested two Tiny Township residents in relation to the donation box thefts in Tiny Township.
Charged is Ryan BEATTY age 28 years and Crystal SCRIVENS age 28, both of Tiny Township and are jointly charged with the following:
9 counts of Theft under $5000.00 section 334(b)7 counts of Mischief under $5000.00 section 430(4)Fail to comply with Probation order section 733
All charges contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada and they will both appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Midland at a future date.
