(Selwyn Township, ON) – On Saturday December 6, at 7:13a.m., members of the Peterborough County OPP were conducting a RIDE program on Peterborough County Road 29 near Woodland Dr. A vehicle turned around prior to the visible RIDE program and fled the area.
Brian CUNLIFFE (35) of Rogers Street in Peterborough is charged with Impaired Driving and Driving with more than 80mg of Alcohol in his blood. Mr. CUNLIFFE is due to appear in Peterborough Provincial Court on the January 22, 2015.
