(Marionville, Ontario) – On December 9, 2014, members of the Organized Crime Enforcement Bureau – Drug Enforcement Unit (Cornwall & Ottawa) – Project Paradigm assisted by the OPP Emergency Response Team (ERT), Canine Unit and Russell County (Embrun) OPP Detachment Crime Unit executed a Controlled Drug and Substances Act (CDSA) Search Warrant at a residence in Marionville (ON).
As a result, investigators seized:
1,500 methamphetamine tablets;
150 grams (5 ounces) of cannabis marihuana packaged in various quantities;
5 grams of psilocybin (magic mushrooms);
0.8 gram of cannabis resin (hash);
2 ml of cannabis resin (hash oil);

The street value of the seized drugs are estimated to be worth $9500.

Possession of Schedule I (methamphetamine) Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking – C.D.S.A. Section 5(2) X 2;
Possession of Schedule II (marihuana) Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking – C.D.S.A. Section 5(2)
Possession of Schedule II (cannabis resin) Substance – C.D.S.A. Section 4(1);
Possession of Schedule II (hash oil) Substance – C.D.S.A. Section 4(1);
Possession of Schedule III (psilocybin) Substance – C.D.S.A. Section 4(1);
He was released on a Recognizance of Bail and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice, Ottawa (ON) on January 7th 2015.
