(BALA, ON) – Members of the Bracebridge Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) investigated an incident on Saturday, December 6th, 2014 at 8:00 pm after receiving a traffic complaint about a vehicle travelling between Port Carling and Bala.
The vehicle was located in Bala during the Trek to Bethlehem and 72 year-old Barb Mortimer of Port Carling has been charged with Impaired Operation of a Motor Vehicle CC253(1)(a) and Over 80 CC 253(1)(b) and will appear in Bracebridge court on 30 December 2014.
