(MIDDLESEX COUNTY, ON) – On December 15, 2014 at approximately 6:39 p.m. the Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) arrested and charged a driver for operating a motor vehicle while disqualified.
The male had been operating a black Honda car in the area of Campbell Street in Strathroy Caradoc, Ontario.
The male was arrested, and transported to a Middlesex County OPP detachment.
59 year old John AARTS, from Strathroy Caradoc, Ontario, was charged with driving while disqualified – court order, contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada.
The accused was released from custody on a Promise to Appear and is scheduled to answer to the charge in a London court on February 3, 2015.
