(PLYMPTON-WYOMING, ON) Lambton Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers continue to investigate the fatal single motor vehicle collision that took place December 13, 2014, just before 9:00 p.m. in the westbound lanes of Highway 402 just west of Oil Heritage Road.
