(MUNICIPALITY OF GREY HIGHLANDS, ON) – On Monday, December 15, 2014, at approximately 8:02 a.m., Grey County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of a break, enter and theft of tools from Maxwell Machining located on Concession 3 in the Municipality of Grey Highlands.
Sometime between 8:00 p.m. on Friday, December 12th and 8:00 a.m. on Saturday, December 13th, unknown person(s) entered the business through an unlocked door and removed several ‘Dewalt’ hand tools, including a hammer drill, impact wrench, flashlight, skill saw, jig saw, reciprocating saw, several batteries and a charger, as well as a Stihl chainsaw. All property was identified with the lettering, ASM WALDO, in black marker.
The total value of the stolen goods was estimated to be $1800.
Police continue to investigate.
