(ESSEX ON) – Ontario Provincial Police have identified the individual who died in a three vehicle motor vehicle collision yesterday on County Road 46 as Jeffrey CINCURAK, 45 of Essex.
Through investigation it appears at this time that Mr. CINCURAK made a left turn directly into the path of the east bound dump truck.
