(HURON TWP, ON) – On December 21, 2014 at 3:13 a.m., a South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer on patrol along Concession 8, 2014 stopped a Grey GMC Sierra pick-up truck. The officer found that the driver had been drinking alcohol and he was arrested after a brief struggle. Twenty-three year old Terry FOX of Huron Township has been charged with impaired driving, operate over 80 milligrams and resist peace officer. He is scheduled to appear in court on January 26, 2014 to answer to the charges.
