(TYENDINAGA MOHAWK TERRITORY, ON)- Tyendinaga Police Service has completed their investigation after a bicyclist was struck by a minivan on Highway 49 between Lower Slash Road and York Road on Friday, December 19th at 6:45 a.m.
The deceased bicycle rider has been identified as 39 year-old Marc MASSIA of Tyendinaga Mohawk Territory.
No charges will be laid as a result of the collision.
