(Russell, ON) On December 21, 2014 OPP Constables responded to a problem with a taxi passenger incident. On Tweed Street in Russell a taxi driver reported that two passengers refused to pay the taxi fare. The officers attended the location and dealt with two intoxicated males. While dealing with the complaint the officers had problems with the two males. They were arrested and transported to the OPP office.
