On December 21, 2014 at approximately 12:08 p.m. Chatham-Kent police received a complaint of a highly intoxicated man urinating on himself and causing a scene in the area of The New Beginnings Ministries on Wellington Street in Chatham.
Police attended and located a 59 year old Chatham man. The man was arrested for being intoxicated in a public place.
The man was taken to the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance where he was treated for a minor cut on his head. He was subsequently held in police custody until he was sober.
