(QUINTE WEST, ON) – On Monday January 12th, 2015, at approximately 3:30am Quinte West OPP conducted a traffic stop in Roseland Acres, Carrying Place. The female driver failed a road side breath test and was arrested at the scene.
Sabella TWITTY, 27, of Belleville has been charged with driving with more than 80 milligrams of alcohol in blood. She was released on a Promise to Appear with a court date of Thursday January 29th, 2015, at the Ontario Court of Justice in Belleville.
