(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County Detachment has charged a 41 year old male after police stopped a vehicle at a Charlotteville Road 8, Charlotteville, Norfolk County, Ontario address.
On Monday, January 12, 2015, at approximately 9:09 p.m., police were conducting patrols in the area of Charlotteville Road 8, when a vehicle parked on the roadway attracted the officer’s attention. The vehicle was subsequently investigated.
As a result of investigation, police arrested and charged 41 year old Shane Lawrence David ROLOSON of Norfolk County, Ontario with the following offences.
Care or Control Over 80mgs
Care or Control while Impaired
Possession of Cannabis resin
Possession of Marihuana
Having care and control of a motor vehicle with unsealed container of liquor
Fail to comply with Probation Order
Fail to comply with Recognizance
He is to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charges.
