(Bancroft, Ontario) – On Wednesday the 14th of January 2015, the Bancroft detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police responded to the report of an assault that occurred on Belton Road in Carlow-Mayo Township. Investigation revealed that an adult male attended a residence and physically assaulted and threatened another adult male.
43 year old Daniel LUCIER of Bancroft Ontario was arrested and has been charged with assault and uttering threats. He was released from custody on a promise to appear with conditions and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Bancroft Ontario on the 17th of March 2015.
