(BURK’S FALLS, ON) On Tuesday January 13, 2015 at approximately 2:00 p.m., the Almaguin Highlands Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) with the assistance of the North Bay Police Service arrested two males for possession of stolen property.
Investigation revealed that the two suspects were in possession of stolen tools from the Burk’s Falls area. North Bay Police Service located the suspects and arrested them for theft. The two suspects, Morgan BIGELOW, 22 of Wasaga Beach and Jonathon SEATON, 30 of Burk’s Falls, Ontario were charged with possession of property obtained by a crime over $5000, contrary to the Criminal Code.
Both accused were released from police custody and are to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice on Thursday February 26, 2015 in Sundridge Ontario.
